When Arts Council England, North East recolated to Central Square, opportunities were identified by Commissions North to engage regional artists to produce high quality functional works throughout the offices and conference rooms.
The sandblasted glass screen in the entrance to the conference room is by artist Sarah Richardson, better known for her work in ecclesiastical design.
