Urban regeneration company Sunderland Arc embarked on a programme of challenging temporary art interventions to excite and engage people at the earliest stages of the long term development programme for Sunderland's former Vaux Brewery site.
'Cargo' was a temporary projection installation on the Farringdon Row site that aimed to highlight Sunderland’s past as a thriving port, using modified shipping containers as temporary exhibition spaces for multimedia projections, soundworks, light shows and the display of physical objects.
