Tyne International Arts Festival
The temporary projection across the Tyne followed the public spectacle of a 1990 November 5th fireworks display on Newcastle Quayside and marked a moment in time just before the commencement of the riverside redevelopment
The projection was commissioned during the Tyne International Arts Festival by Project UK (now Locus +)
