As part of the Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS new model of care for Adults, Older Adults, and people with Learning Disabilities, the 'Fast Track Project' has seen a £9million development of three new sites within Hartlepool and Stockton, to support the Trust’s vision to create high quality, therapeutic accommodation for people with mental health problems.
This commission consists of a series of artworks situated around the NHS site and relate to each of the four sense, sight, sound, smell and touch.
