BELSAY HALL
Since the first exhibition, Living at Belsay, in 1996, English Heritage has developed an exciting contemporary programme at Belsay Hall, inviting UK and international artists and designers to create a series of stunning interventions within the empty Hall, gardens and ruined 14th Century Castle.
The 2007 exhibition, Picture House, attracted 75,000 visitors, while a record 94,000 attended Fashion at Belsay in 2004.
